Canadian talent will shine Sunday night at the American Music Awards.
The show, airing on CTV starting at 8 p.m. ET, will feature live performances by Shawn Mendes and The Weeknd and a taped performance by Justin Bieber.
Presenters include Toronto-raised Nina Dobrev and one-time Regina resident Steven Yeun.
But we will also likely see Canadian artists up on stage picking up awards throughout the night.
We know for sure that a Canadian will win Male Artist of the Year — because the nominees are Drake, Bieber and The Weeknd.
Drake is up for an impressive 13 AMAs — the most in a single year since Michael Jackson got 11 in 1984.
The Toronto rapper’s list of nominations includes the big categories like Artist of the Year, Album, Rap Artist and Rap Song.
Unbelievably, Drake has never won an AMA despite having racked up nine previous nominations.
The Biebs and The Weeknd are up for five and three AMAs respectively and New Artist of the Year nominees include Mendes and Alessia Cara.
Bieber has eight AMAs in his collection already and The Weeknd has a pair but this year's nominations are the first for Mendes and Cara.

The AMAs, created in 1973 by American Bandstand host Dick Clark, are decided by fan votes.
This year’s show is hosted by Gigi Hadid — who warmed up by hosting the 2016 iHeartRadio MMVAs in Toronto — and Jay Pharaoh.
Sting will be honoured with the American Music Award of Merit and there will be performances by Maroon Five with Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga, Fifth Harmony, James Bay, Green Day, John Legend, Bruno Mars, Twenty One Pilots, The Chainsmokers with Halsey, and Ariana Grande with Nicki Minaj.
Bieber is on tour in Italy on Sunday but a performance taped in Switzerland will air during the show. He is the only male on the list of nominees for Artist of the Year.
