Gorillaz is set to take the stage in Quebec City this summer.
The band, whose new album Humanz comes out April 28, was announced Wednesday as part of the line-up for the Quebec City Summer Festival.
Gorillaz will perform on the historic Plains of Abraham on July 15.
The “virtual band” was created in 1998 by Blur’s Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett. Humanz is their fifth album and features guests like Noel Gallagher.
Albarn performed some Gorillaz tracks during a 2014 set at Bonnaroo in Tennessee but there hasn’t been a full Gorillaz show since the Escape to Plastic Beach tour in 2010.
Other acts confirmed for the Quebec City festival, which runs July 6 to 16, include Kendrick Lemar, Metallica, The Who, Nick Jonas, Backstreet Boys, DNCE, Pink and Fetty Wap.
