Green Day, Weezer and Fall Out Boy are hitting the road together next year.

Details of the Hella Mega Tour are expected to be announced Tuesday – but it appears the bands will be playing stadiums. A handful of rumoured overseas dates have surfaced – including a June 13th show at the Paris La Défense Arena and one on June 26 at London Stadium.

On Saturday, Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong commented “hella mega” on an Instagram post by actor Raine Wilson and tagged Rivers Cuomo of Weezer and Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy.

The website hellamegatour.com currently shows an image of Wilson as his character Dwight from The Office and a password field. Social media account for the Hella Mega Tour have also been set up.

In a video that was posted on the Instagram account @hellamegatour, Armstrong sings "wake me up / on September 10th” before bandmate Tré Cool grabs his guitar and smashes it on the ground.

The tour is also being teased with merchandise that mashes-up the bands’ images and flyers that list all three groups (which share the same management company).

Green Day is also expected to announce a release date for its new album – the band’s first studio album since 2016’s Revolution Radio.
