Harry Styles’ solo era is upon us.
The One Direction singer is on tap to make his solo debut as a musical guest on Saturday Night Live on April 15, NBC announced Tuesday.
Jimmy Fallon, who will host the show, shared on Twitter: "So excited!!! A young heartthrob and Harry Styles will be on SNL together April 15th! #WhenHarryMetJimmy."
The booking confirms earlier speculations that Styles -- who inked a solo deal last year -- is set to drop new music in April.

On Sunday, a mysterious, piano-driven TV spot aired in the UK, featuring Styles opening a door to blinding light and the date April 7 appearing on screen. He also shared three white images on his Instagram, which is reminiscent of his cryptic Another Man magazine rollout.
This will mark his first standalone release, following the debut of Niall Horan's single "This Town," Louis Tomlinson's "Just Hold On" with Steve Aoki, and the launch of Zayn’s solo album Mind of Mine in 2016.
Styles previously appeared on SNL three times with One Direction in 2012, 2013, and 2014.
