Slim Shady's trip to a 7-Eleven on Tuesday (Apr. 4) brought an avalanche of suspicion from fans, who believe that the hip-hop titan is set to unleash new music in the coming days.
It all started when Eminem's longtime manager Paul Rosenberg shared a photo of himself and the rapper at the convenient store. However, it might not have been just a casual visit as some fans noticed that Em's palm had something written across it. While some believed that the ink read "April 7," others believed that the marking read "April 9."
Either way, the caption to the shot didn't entirely help the pandemonium surrounding the mystery. "It's been a long time," the manager wrote alongside the hashtag #7elevenseries. Hardcore Slim Shady fans know that the particular hashtag is something Rosenberg has posted throughout the years during Em's visits to the convenient store chain. For instance, he's previously shared photos of the rapper making nachos in 2012 and at the Big Gulp machine in 2014.
After all, Eminem did confirm that he was working on the follow-up to 2013's The Marshall Mathers LP II in October when he dropped "Campaign Speech." You can inspect the evidence for yourself in the post below.
