Ice Spice has finally announced a release date for her much-anticipated debut album, Y2K.
The 24-year-old rapper posted a message on her socials that she will be dropping the album in the middle of summer on July 26, writing, "HIIIII >.< Y2K ☆ THE ALBUM WILL BE DROPPING JULY 26TH !!!!"
The album's cover was also revealed, paying homage to her Bronx roots with a subway-theme image shot by celebrity photographer David LaChapelle. See it below.
Expected to be on the album are her two singles from 2024 so far, “Think U the S**t (Fart)” and “Gimmie a Light.”
Earlier this year she told Billboard, “I think this is some of my best work... it’s not going to be too long — it’s going to be sweet and to the point.”
