Wow, could the rumours be true? For years now, people have speculated that Janet Jackson secretly gave birth to a daughter 31 years ago, while she was married to James DeBarge.
Now, Jackson's former mother-in-law, Etterlene DeBarge, has revealed there could be some truth to the rumours.
She told Inside Edition she has met the secret daughter of the "Rhythm Nation" singer.
"I know there's a daughter out there somewhere," DeBarge, 81, said.
She explained that a Philadelphia woman contacted her claiming to be Jackson's daughter. “I told her, the proof is in the pudding let's go get a DNA test,” DeBarge recalled. Inside Edition obtained the DNA test results, which reportedly show a 96.7 per cent probability of a relation.
DeBarge met the 31-year-old woman, who's name is Tiffany, at an airport in Michigan last year. She strongly believes Tiffany is the secret daughter of her son James and Jackson.

Reps for Jackson, who recently gave birth to a baby boy, did not respond to the Inside Edition report.
