Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman Jared Leto is celebrating the April 6th release of the band’s new album AMERICA by heading out across the country.
“Today we begin a journey,” Leto explained Monday on Instagram. “I will hitchhike, walk, run, climb, bike and work my way across this beautiful country telling the story of America as we go.”
Leto started the trek – dubbed Mars Across America – in New York City.
Thirty Seconds to Mars will kick off a summer tour at Toronto’s Budweiser Stage on June 6 and then play Place Bell in Laval, Quebec on June 8.
