Country star Jason Aldean is selling his Tennessee home – and it could be yours for a little more than $10 million.
The 8,900-square-foot mansion on a 120-acre lot is in Columbia, about an hour outside Nashville. Listed with Andrew Day of Benchmark Realty, it’s on the market for $7.875 million U.S.
Built in 2008, the home offers "picturesque views of Flat Creek with [a] great mix of woods and pasture," according to the listing.
There are six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a guest apartment with one bedroom and two bathrooms. The buyer will also get a bowling alley, in-ground pool and hot tub.
The property boasts a 10,000 square feet of facilities for horses.
Not included is the collection of Aldean’s music awards and football memorabilia displayed on shelves in one room of the home.
