Jennifer Lopez is moving off the block.
The superstar has put her penthouse in New York City on the market for almost $34 million.
The 608-square-metre apartment covers the fifth and sixth floors of the Whitman Mansion in the Flatiron district. A private elevator opens up into a pad with floor-to-ceiling windows and oak floors.
There are three bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms, on the main floor and a sprawling master suite on the upper floor.
The luxury home also has a 279 square feet of outdoor space on four terraces with views of the New York skyline and Madison Square Park.
Of course, the buyer has to be ready to fork over about $13,500 in condo fees and another $12,000 or so in taxes.
