Jim Cuddy’s fourth solo album Constellation is out today and the Canadian music veteran is gearing up to take the new music on the road.
“I’ve always found fascination in the smallest details of human behaviour,” Cuddy said of his songwriting, in a release. “It’s been something that I look at and remember – the details of an exchange that I witnessed or an exchange that I have – and there never seems to be an end of things to write about.
“Of course, as you get older there are bigger things that happen in your life that you realize you’ll never totally understand. I’m never at a loss of things to write about.”
The Blue Rodeo singer’s 11-track album was recorded in Toronto last fall.
Cuddy kicks off his cross-Canada tour in Saint John on Feb. 8 and ends with a pair of shows in Montreal on April 6 and 7. Get all the dates here.
