BTS star Jin will release his first ever album of solo material on November 15 called Happy.
The six-song effort will follow his “journey to discover true happiness,” according to his label HYBE.
A press release adds that “Jin reveals his honest thoughts and feelings on what happiness means to him in the hopes that those who listen to the album will also find joy. Happy is a genuine, heartwarming gesture that invites listeners to join him on a journey to find happiness, offering them a sense of strength and comfort in their day-to-day lives.”
Update: A track listing posted by Big Hit Music confirms there will be one pre-release single, "I'll Be There," as well as a collaboration with Wendy from Red Velvet called "Heart on the Window." Jin’s recent viral hit, “Super Tuna,” sadly, does not appear to have made the cut.
The oldest member of BTS, Jin, 31, was the first of the seven to finish his mandatory service for the South Korean military back in June.
His first order of business after being released was to hug as many ARMY fans as he could within a three-hour span.
The next month he carried the Olympic torch through the streets of Paris, drawing a crowd of thousands along Rue de Rivoli near the Louvre Museum.
