Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have agreed to share custody of their two young children.
The now former couple announced an "amicable" divorce in September, which was followed by a lawsuit Turner filed against Jonas to move their two daughters, Willa and Delphine, from Miami to England.
But the two have now issued a joint statement, updating their situation and reporting they have struck a deal to share custody.
"After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the US and the UK," the statement reads. "We look forward to being great co-parents."
People adds that court documents show the two "engaged in a productive mediation from October 4 to 7" and that the custody agreement is only good through January 7. The plan will then be that "the parties shall jointly submit a status report letter" before December 23, once again updating the result of another mediation.
