Joe Jonas has joked that Diplo ruined his wedding earlier this month by live-streaming it on Instagram.
“Yeah, he did ruin it,” the singer told the Capital Breakfast radio show. “I love Diplo, but he loves his 'gram more than a 13-year-old. He posts every five seconds. He literally, like, live-streamed with dog-face filters.”
Jonas said neither he nor wife Sophie Turner gave Diplo permission but they’re not upset that their surprise Las Vegas nuptials were broadcast to the world.
“We just laughed. We loved it,” he insisted. “We thought it was ridiculous, and I just love that he was walking into the chapel and he was like, ‘going to hit this wedding real quick.’”
The happy couple are planning a more formal wedding in France in July – and we’re guessing they won’t be allowing phones.
