The Jonas Brothers are planning to reunite to record new music, according to reports this week on both sides of the Atlantic.
US Weekly, cited “multiple sources” as saying Nick, Joe and Kevin will announce they’re getting together six years after they went their separate ways. UK tabloid The Sun reported: “The siblings are planning to release new music alongside a documentary about their reunion, having secretly flown into London last week to plan their comeback.”
The reports were likely sparked when Nick tweeted a video message on Feb. 5 in which he said he was “shooting something very, very exciting today” and captioned it: “Exciting things coming. Let me know what you think it might be…”

The trio released four albums between 2006 and 2009 and made two Camp Rock movies in Ontario for the Disney Channel. Their TV series Jonas lasted two seasons.
Their last Canadian performance was in Toronto in September 2013, a little more than a month before the brothers announced they were pulling the plug on the band.
Since they split, Nick, now 26, has focused on acting and has had some solo success with hits like “Jealous” while Joe, now 29, fronted pop band DNCE. Kevin, 31, has mostly stayed out of the spotlight to work on several business ventures.
According to US Weekly, "Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas will drop the ‘Brothers’ from their band name for their upcoming projects and will operate under a single moniker: ‘JONAS.’”
None of the brothers have publicly responded to the reports.
Social media is burning up with excitement.

If you made fun of me for liking the Jonas Brothers in high school you are not allowed to be excited for their reunion. Sorry I don’t make the rules.
