Beliebers in Brazil have officially taken the term "superfan" to a whole new level.
According to Brazilian news outlet Globo (via Time), dozens of Justin Bieber fans have already set up camp outside of Rio de Janeiro’s Sambadrome venue where the pop singer is expected to take the stage in March 2017, and others have already started to gather at the São Paulo venue for a show in April.
Tickets for Bieber's Purpose tour stop in Brazil went on sale Oct. 25 and have completely sold out, and since there are no assigned seats for each ticket holder, an estimated 130 Bieber fans are willing to camp out for the next five months in order to get prime viewing spots.
Globo adds that the diehard fans have developed a shift system to hold each other's place in line while the rest attend school or work. Campers made sure to come prepared for the long haul by setting up tents and stocking up on food inventory.
These campers are no strangers to roughing it out for Bieber: they previously camped out for two months ahead of the singer's last Rio concert in 2013.
"We are here for our idol and our love for him made us do this madness," one of them told the paper (via Time).
Bieber is currently on the European leg of his world tour.
The Latin American leg of his Purpose tour kicks off Feb. 18 in Mexico City.
