Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were spotted out-and-about in his hometown Stratford, Ont. on Saturday.
Fans were quick to photograph the newly-engaged couple, who were with Bieber’s half-siblings on an ice cream date.
Bieber was born in London, Ont. but grew up in Stratford and regularly returns there to visit with family members and friends. He and Baldwin got engaged last month.
