One of Justin Bieber’s testicles is at the centre of a legal battle in which a woman claims she was unfairly...um, sacked.
Kelly Lombardo has filed a wrongful termination claim with the New York Division of Human Rights against Northwell Health on Long Island. She said her former employer’s allegation that she accessed Bieber’s medical records is simply nuts.
Bieber dropped by Northwell Health in May after suffering a soccer injury. The pop star was concerned one of his testicles was twisted — a painful condition that almost always requires surgery to repair.
According to reports, Bieber’s ball was merely swollen.
Lombardo admits she heard rumours that Bieber had been in the facility for treatment of an STD but that she never accessed his records. She claims she was fired because of her gender.
