Justin Bieber is suing over two accusations of sexual assault that appeared on Twitter last week.
According to TMZ, the Canadian singer has filed a defamation lawsuit against the “Jane Does,” identified as Danielle and Kadi on social media, for $10 million U.S. each.
Bieber believes the two accounts might be the same person.
The filings claim Danielle’s allegation of sexual assault in 2014 and Kadi’s allegation of one in 2015 are “outrageous, fabricated lies.”

On Sunday night, Bieber took to Twitter to dispute the claims. "I want to be clear. There is no truth to this story," he wrote. He shared several links, screen grabs of tweets, and images of hotel receipts that he said prove he is innocent. "Every claim of sexual abuse should be taken very seriously ... However this story is factually impossible and that is why I will be working with twitter and authorities to take legal action.”
Less than an hour later, Danielle – whose Twitter account had been set up solely to make the allegations against Bieber – deleted her account.
As of Friday morning, Kadi’s tweet claiming Bieber sexually assaulted her remains online. On June 23 she tweeted: “All the proof and evidence is not for me to show y’all so why should I bother? My lawyer gets those nobody else.”
TMZ reported that Bieber’s lawsuit described Kadi as a fame-hungry stan who is desperate to meet him. Her allegation of sexual assault, he said, is an “impossibility – a poor, but damaging, fabrication.”
