Justin Timberlake has scrapped a pair of concerts in Edmonton this week to give his vocal cords more time to heal.
Promoter Live Nation announced Tuesday the singer’s Nov. 4 and 5 shows at Rogers Place have been postponed. “Fans are encouraged to hold onto their tickets pending information on rescheduling,” read a tweet.
“Justin is sorry for the inconvenience to his fans.”
Timberlake cancelled last Wednesday’s concert at Madison Square Garden in New York and a Sunday stop in Buffalo, New York “on doctor’s orders.” Those shows have been rescheduled to Jan. 31 and Dec. 19 respectively. (A show in Denver scheduled for Jan. 29 has been moved up to Jan. 28.)
Timberlake’s next scheduled concerts are in Vancouver on Nov. 8 and 9.
He kicked off the Man of the Woods Tour in Toronto back in March.
