“We have decided to cancel Seventeen’s February and March world tour in consideration of the health and safety of both artist and fans,” read a statement from Pledis Entertainment.
“As the health and safety of the artist, audience and staff is our top priority, we made the decision to prevent any potential harm.”
Ode to You shows scheduled for Kuala Lumpur and Taipei later this month and in Madrid, Paris, London and Berlin next month have been cancelled.
More than 800 people in China have died from coronavirus and infection cases have been reported around the world.
