Today is Mick Jagger's 80th birthday. To mark the occasion the legendary Rolling Stones frontman posted a new pic of himself on socials, thanking his fans for the wishes.
He also received a rather warm message from his long-time guitarist and songwriting partner, Keith Richards, who shot a video of himself tickling the ivories and sending birthday wishes, but also getting in a good jab, as the younger of the two.
“Mick … long may we keep saying this to each other: Happy birthday, Mick, have another good one,” he says. “Give me a call, let me know what it’s like.”
Much younger guitarist Ron Wood, 76, also got involved with the festivities, posting a series of images of the two, along with a memo: "Time to go on another US Tour".
And finally, the official Rolling Stones account wished Jagger a happy birthday with a video montage of footage starring the frontman set to "You Keep Me Rocking."
See them all below.
