Keith Urban on Wednesday revealed the cover art and track listing for his new album The Speed of Now Part 1.
The 16-track collection, out Sept. 18, is the New Zealand singer’s 11th studio album and comes a little more than two years following the release of Graffiti U.
In May, Urban explained in a video that the album title came to him last October. “I liked it because I felt like life was flying by so fast. Faster and faster all the time,” he said. “But music has always been the place where it slows down and doesn’t even exist.
“I would never have imagined that, in 2020, this album title would take on a whole new meaning and yet somehow still feel incredibly relevant.”
The Speed of Now Part 1 includes the previously released singles “We Were” ft. Eric Church, “God Whispered Your Name,” “Polaroid” and “Superman.”
The track listing Urban shared shows two other collaborations – “Out The Cage” and “One Too Many” – with the guest artists’ names are redacted. There is also a version of “We Were” without Church.
