Singer Keyshia Cole has been ordered to pay a little more than $100,000 (all figures U.S.) in connection with an alleged assault three years ago.

According to TMZ, Cole failed to appear in court, so Sabrina Mercadel was awarded a $100,635 settlement.

The alleged incident happened in 2014 when Cole showed up at the L.A. home of Cash Money CEO Birdman, her then-boyfriend, and found Mercadel there. Cole is accused of punching her in the face, yanking her hair and clawing her face and mouth with her nails.

Mercadel, who reportedly lost the use of a finger in the assault, later sued Cole for $4 million.
