Lady Gaga shared some sweet news on Wednesday.
“LADY GAGA x @OREO x #Chromatica,” the pop star shared on social media. “Dropping soon!”
The pink-coloured Golden OREO cookies are embossed with three different designs inspired by Gaga’s most recent album Chromatica and filled with green-coloured creme.
Packages of limited edition OREOs will hit shelves sometime next year but fans can get a taste in January, when six-cookie packs will pop up in select convenience stores.
“This collab is inspired by the world of Chromatica, where kindness rules all things,” Gaga said, in a release. “I love these pink cookies with green creme, and hope they brighten your day as much as they do mine!”
OREOs debuted in 1912. Mondelēz International currently makes 40 billion cookies a year in over 100 countries. The company started making limited-edition versions of the cookies in the early 2010s.
In the 1976 remake of A Star Is Born, Barbra Streisand’s character Esther is part of a trio called The Oreos.
