Arctic Monkeys, St. Vincent and the late Chris Cornell are some of the acts nominated Friday for Grammy Awards.
Cornell's "When Bad Does Good" is up for Best Rock Performance against the Arctic Monkeys' "Four Out of Five." The UK band also earned a Best Alternative Music Album nom for Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino.
Also in the Best Alternative Music Album category is St. Vincent's Masseducation, who's title track is up for Best Rock Song.
Veteran nominees include Beck, Weezer and Alice in Chains. See the rock/alternative nominations below.
The Grammys will be handed out Feb. 10 in Los Angeles.
