Madonna is facing a new lawsuit from a fan who claims her Celebration Tour shows were too sexual.
According to TMZ, Justen Lipeles has filed a class action lawsuit alleging that fans who attended the tour were presented with “pornography without warning” and were “forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sex acts.”
Lipeles believes that Madonna and concert promoter Live Nation "purposely and deceptively withheld informing ticket purchasers" of vital information about the show.
A number of other complaints were also part of his suit, including Madonna encouraging fans to strip when the air conditioning wasn't working, the artist alledgedly lip-syncing during parts of her performance, and the show beginning more than an hour and a half late... get in line for that last one, buddy.
The lawsuit is asking that all individuals in California who attended her show at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA on March receive refunds and/or profits the Material Girl made from the concerts.
Wait until this guy learns about Madonna's past!
