Camila Cabello has launched into her solo career with aplomb since leaving Fifth Harmony back in December. The 19-year-old singer’s track with Machine Gun Kelly, “Bad Things”, has been a mainstay in the Billboard charts. (It currently sits at no. 1). She’s hoping to add one more hit with “Love Incredible”, her collaboration with Cashmere Cat, which landed on streaming services midnight on Thursday (Feb. 16).
The upbeat bop is another perfect marriage of Swedish DJ Cashmere Cat’s popular electro production with an adept voice, just as he did with Selena Gomez for 2016’s “Trust Nobody”. Cabello sings, “I know you’ve been hurt/ By the way that you look away/ From me too early/ You don't like to talk about it.”

Plotting her solo rise, Cabello has been making the press rounds and teasing fans with new material. The singer is the current cover star of the most recent Billboard issue. In the profile interview, Cabello speaks candidly about leaving the girl group. “I think that in a group there is always going to be tension, whether it’s because of this thing or [another] thing.”
When asked whether she has been in touch with the other members since her departure, she says no, but explains that she has attempted to reach out. “I don’t want to get into the details of that, because it was really intense and it’s hard for me to talk about,” she says. “It makes me sad.”
Cabello’s full length solo album is expected this autumn. In the meantime, listen to the track below:
