Justin Bieber has added his distinctive pop voice to a new song from country duo Dan + Shay.
“10,000 Hours,” which debuted overnight, was written by Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney with Bieber, Jessie Jo Dillon, Jordan Reynolds and Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd. It was produced by Smyers.
“I’d spend 10,000 hours and 10,000 more / Oh, if that’s what it takes to learn that sweet heart of yours,” they sing. “And I might never get there, but I’m gonna try / If it’s 10,000 hours or the rest of my life.”
The track is the first single from Dan + Shay’s forthcoming album and is the first collaboration from Bieber since “I Don’t Care” with Ed Sheeran.
Dan + Shay apparently have a thing for Canadian talent – they're opening for Shawn Mendes on the Australian leg of his world your later this month.
