Dolly Parton has teamed up with pop star Sia on “Here I Am,” a song from the soundtrack to the streaming flick Dumplin’.
“I sure am proud to share the first single from the Dumplin’ soundtrack with y’all!,” the 72-year-old country icon tweeted. “I sure do hope you love it.”
The original version of the song was on Parton’s 1971 album Coat of Many Colors.
“Here I am, I’m reaching out to give you love that you're without / I can help you find what you've been searching for,” the pair sing in the chorus. “Here I am, come to me, take my hand because I believe / I can give you all the love you need and more.”
The Dumplin’ soundtrack, out Nov. 30, features six new songs and six re-recordings of Parton songs features guest artists like Miley Cyrus and Miranda Lambert.
