Hedley are back with new song “Love Again”, and it’s a lot more romantic than the soft rockers past material. It’s the first song off of their upcoming seventh album, which has yet to find a release date and a title.
The accompanying video the Canadian band released features visuals of downtown Vancouver, harking back to their B.C. roots, overlaid by images of lead singer Jacob Hoggard banging away on the ivories.
“Love is better conscious/ Another broken promise/ Why can't I be honest?/ Could you let me go?” he sings on the catchy track.
This marks the first release since the departure of the band’s longtime drummer, Chris Crippin. While no date is set for the upcoming LP7, fans are speculating a fall release. Listen to “Love Again” below:
