Summer starts now.
Justin Timberlake on Tuesday released a surprise single, “SoulMate,” that kicks off with those three words.
The song has a Canadian connection. It was produced and co-written by Toronto’s Nineteen85 (aka Paul Jefferies), who was responsible for Drake hits like “One Dance” and “Hotline Bling.”
"I wanna be, wanna be / I wanna be, I wanna be / your soulmate for the night,” Timberlake sings in the chorus. “Let me put my soul on you, it's only right / Let me pull you up out your body, into mine / Let me be your soulmate for the night.”
