Keith Urban has released the emotional new single “Parallel Line” ahead of his new album Graffiti U.
Perhaps taking a page from Ed Sheeran, the 50-year-old country star sings a little higher than usual on the heartfelt track.
"Take a little bit of my heart tonight / no, I literally don't mind / just please don't misplace it,” Urban sings in the chorus.
“Parallel Line” will be on the follow-up to 2016’s hit Ripcord.
Urban is touring later this year in support of Graffiti U, including stops on June 29 and 30 in Toronto, Sept. 14 in Ottawa, Sept. 15 in London, Ont., Sept. 19 in Winnipeg, Sept. 21 in Saskatoon, Sept. 22 in Edmonton, Sept. 23 in Calgary and Sept. 25 in Vancouver.
