Hitmaker Marshmello will be in Toronto to celebrate Canadian Music Week (CMW) at the iHeartRadio FanFest 2019.
The creative force behind “Happier” and “FRIENDS” will thrill fans inside Rebel Nightclub on May 8.
The third annual iHeartRadio FanFest will also showcase Halifax artist Famba (“Wish You Well”); Toronto’s Lu Kala (“Don’t Count Me Out”) and Halifax duo Neon Dreams (“High School Dropout”).
The Launch chosen artists Cassiøpeia and Olivia Lunny are included in the line-up – and more acts will be announced in the weeks to come.
“iHeartRadio FanFest is always a terrific night of music and we can’t wait to share it with fans during CMW,” said Rob Farina, head of radio content, strategy and iHeartRadio Canada.
Tickets, priced at $50, go on sale to the general public on April 8 at 10 a.m. ET via Ticketmaster. In Toronto, CHUM 104.5 and Virgin Radio listeners will have chances to win their way in.
iHeartRadio FanFest is a 19+ event.
This year’s CMW runs May 6 to 12, bringing artists and music industry insiders together at venues all over Toronto. Performers include Azealia Banks, Dandy Warhols and Tokyo Police Club. Robbie Robertson will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2019 Canadian Music & Broadcast Industry Awards on May 9 and Linda Perry will be a featured speaker.
