Mel C has shot down rumours that the Spice Girls are reuniting for a tour.
“Victoria has been quite vocal, it’s really not something she wants to do at this time,” Mel C told The Sun, dismissing suggestions the other four members could perform.
“I think it has to be all five, so it’s tricky.”
She also addressed a rumour that the Spice Girls will perform at London Pride this summer. “That would be a very fitting place for the Spice Girls to reform,” admitted Sporty Spice, “but unfortunately I don’t think you’ll be seeing the Spice Girls on stage this year."
Mel C said too much was made of a recent private reunion with all five Spice Girls.
“We’re not talking about new music or going out on the road together at this time,” she said. “It was just getting together to reignite all the things that we have had together.”
She added: “I don’t think you’ll be seeing the Spice Girls on stage this year.”
