Metallica frontman James Hetfield doesn't see another collaboration with Lady Gaga in his band's future.
Their performance of "Moth Into Flame" at the 2017 Grammys was marred by a non-working mic.
Asked about Gaga during an interview with the Chilean newspaper, La Tercera, Hetfield told a reporter he has "no interest" in working with Gaga again.
He was positive about the experience, overall, praising Gaga's work ethic at making the most of the Grammys opportunity. He said the band enjoyed Gaga's enthusiasm for their music.
Hetfield and drummer Lars Ulrich appear to diverge on their opinions of Gaga's potential future with the band.
Ulrich previously called Gaga "the quintessential perfect fifth member" of Metallica, and said after the Grammys performance that he was looking forward to what the two parties could do together in the future.
One report even stated that Gaga was invited to join Metallica onstage "whenever her schedule allows."
