Oh Canada!
Artists from the Great White North continue to make their marks on the charts south of the border.
Michael Bublé’s latest album Nobody But Me debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, giving the B.C. singer his seventh top 10 album.
Another Canadian debut, Leonard Cohen’s You Want It Darker, managed to score the No. 10 spot.
And, after an impressive 25 weeks on the Billboard 200, Views from Toronto’s Drake fell slightly to fifth place.
The biggest fall, though, was Illuminate from Shawn Mendes. The album, which debuted at No. 1, is at No. 22 in only its fifth week.
Canadians also shine on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, with nearly a quarter of the top 40 tracks.
Toronto’s The Weeknd holds the No. 2 position with “Starboy” (featuring Daft Punk) while Justin Bieber appears at No. 4 and No. 8 with DJ Snake’s “Let Me Love You” and Major Lazer’s “Cold Water” respectively.
“Treat You Better” from Mendes is No. 11 and Alessia Cara has the No. 30 spot with “Scars To Your Beautiful.”
Drake has four singles in the top 40: One Dance, Fake Love, Too Good and Sneakin’.
