Add Michael Bublé to the growing list of artists pulling the plug – at least for now – on live performances.
The Canadian singer said Thursday he is postponing 15 concerts in the U.S. due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“I was looking forward to getting back on the road but the safety of my fans and my touring family of course take priority under the current circumstances,” Bublé explained, in a release. “We will be coming back soon with new dates and everyone will be safe to enjoy a great night out.
“Stay well everyone.”
Bublé was scheduled to perform March 17 in Jacksonville, Florida through April 5 in Austin, Texas.
He has four shows planned in Mexico at the end of April followed by more U.S. dates beginning May 2. Bublé comes home for concerts on May 22 in Halifax and May 23 in Moncton.
