Michael Bublé’s holiday album has returned to the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart for the ninth year in a row.
The annual success of Christmas, which was released in 2011, means the album finishes the decade as the 24th most successful album – and the biggest holiday one – on the chart.
Christmas is No. 6 on the Billboard 200 chart dated Dec. 14, which will be published on Tuesday. According to Nielsen Music, 48,000 equivalent album units were sold in the U.S. in the week ending Dec. 5.
Bublé’s holiday collection had a five-week run at No. 1 after its 2011 release and has been back in the top 10 every December since. With sales of 4.3 million copies, it is the Canadian singer’s most successful album and the fifth-biggest holiday album since 1991.
Christmas features Bublé’s interpretations of more than a dozen classic songs, including “Silent Night,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” and “Santa Claus Is Comin’ To Town.” There is also a cover of Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” and the original track “Cold December Night.”
The album, which was mostly produced by Canadians David Foster and Bob Rock, was the first holiday collection to win Album of the Year at the Juno Awards.
