Michelle Williams will be narrating the audiobook version of Britney Spears' upcoming memoir, The Woman In Me.
The Oscar-nominated actress has been confirmed as the narrator, with Britney voicing an introduction.
Spears spoke to People about Williams's involvement, saying, "This book has been a labor of love and all the emotions that come with it. Reliving everything has been exciting, heart-wrenching, and emotional, to say the least. For those reasons, I will only be reading a small part of my audiobook. I am so grateful to the amazing Michelle Williams for reading the rest of it."
Williams issued a short statement in support that reads, “I stand with Britney."
The Woman In Me hits stores on October 24. Spears recently leaked on Instagram that she is already planning to publish a sequel.
Britney, meanwhile, has been keeping busy while she waits for October 24 to arrive. Yesterday (October 12) in New York she found herself in the company of Latinx superstars J Balvin and Maluma, though she claims she didn't know it at the time, writing on Instagram, "I had no idea who these boys were at this restaurant !!!" Maluma, however, seemed to recognize the pop star, writing, "Quien así como yo en el amor?" ("Who like me in love?")
