Miley Cyrus confirmed on Wednesday that she and actor Liam Hemsworth are married.
The singer shared three photos from the Dec. 23 wedding on Instagram. One was captioned simply “10 years later …..”
As reported here on Christmas Eve, Cyrus and Hemsworth tied the knot in front of friends and family members, including the groom’s famous brother Chris.
Cyrus, 26, and Hemsworth, 28, started dating when they co-starred in the 2010 film The Last Song and announced their engagement in 2012. They broke up after about a year but later rekindled their romance.
This is the first marriage for both.
Cyrus was eight years old when she moved with her family to Toronto, where dad Billy Ray filmed the TV series Doc. She caught the show business bug after seeing a production of Mamma Mia! at the Royal Alexandra Theatre and enrolled at the city’s Armstrong Acting Studios.
