After days of sharing glimpses of their lavish wedding celebrations on social media, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra have released their official photos.
According to Hello! Canada and People – which will both feature the photos in this week’s issues – Jonas and Chopra tied the knot over the weekend at the Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. There was a Christian ceremony on Saturday and a Hindu one on Sunday.
Jonas called the Indian ceremony “thoughtful” and told Hello! that “finding the meaning behind every detail really just made me fall in love with the culture even more.”
He told People: "The emotions were running high during the ceremonies, I think especially during the Western wedding for me. You know you think your whole life about that moment. Honestly, I could not have imagined it would be as perfect as it was. It was highly emotional."
The 26-year-old “Jealous” singer wore a custom Ralph Lauren black tuxedo at the first ceremony with the words “My Jaan” (“My Life”) embroidered inside the lapel.
Lauren also designed Chopra’s gown for the first ceremony but she wore a traditional Indian outfit by Sabyasachi Mukherji for the Hindu one.
On hand for the nuptials, of course, were Jonas’ siblings Kevin, Joe and Frankie – as well as Joe’s fiancée, actress Sophie Turner.
The wedding came only five months after Jonas and Chopra got engaged and less than eight months after they reportedly started dating.
In addition to being a Bollywood superstar and appearing on U.S. shows like Quantico and movies like Baywatch, Chopra is a singer who has recorded tracks with The Chainsmokers, will.i.am and Pitbull.
