Today, Canadian rockers Nickelback held true on their promise of a ‘major’ announcement. The band announced that their new album, Feed The Machine, is landing in stores Jun. 9 and stated that they will embark on a colossal 44-date North American tour.
If that wasn’t enough, the band also released a lyric video for title track “Feed the Machine”. It’s the first song off of their ninth studio album.
The tour kicks off June 23 in Noblesville, Indiana, and will include seven Canadian dates. For the entire Canadian leg of the tour, Nickelback will be supported by Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Cheap Trick. Daughtry will join them for all U.S. dates, as well as Montreal and Toronto.
