Nicki Minaj said Monday her altercation with Cardi B on Friday night was “so mortifying and so humiliating.”
Minaj was attacked by Cardi B at a Harper’s Bazaar party during New York Fashion Week – and it was all captured on video.
On an episode of Queen Radio, Minaj referred to the fracas as a “disgusting commotion” and said she can’t believe how “we made ourselves look.”
Afterward the incident, Cardi took to social media to blame Minaj. “When you mention my child, you choose to like comments about me as a mother, make comments about my abilities to take care of my daughter is when all bets are f**kin off!!”
But, on Queen Radio, Minaj called Cardi’s allegation “horrendous.”
She insisted: “I would never discuss anyone’s child. It’s so sad for someone to pin that on me, because I’m the bad guy and they know people would believe them. I would never talk about anyone’s child or parenting.”
Minaj didn’t seem to be ready to forgive, though. The rap superstar went on the offensive.
“Do you know what the f**k it is to sit in your room for hours and days at a time writing raps? You came into my fucking culture! I never had to f**k a DJ to play my songs,” she fumed, in a message directed at Cardi.
“You’re angry and you’re sad. Get this woman some f**king help! This woman is having the best days of her career, and you’re out here… throwing shoes? Who the f**k is gonna give her an intervention?”
