Kelly Osbourne on Wednesday slammed a report that her father Ozzy Osbourne’s death is imminent as “utter bulls**t.”
In an Instagram Story, she wrote: “Today I had a wonderful start to 2020. I went out to lunch with my family. Then spent the rest of the day laughing and hanging out with my dad. I come home to read sickening articles about my dad supposedly being on his 'death bed' sometimes the media makes me sick!!!
“It's no secret that my dad has had a rough year when it comes to his health but come the F**K on this is utter bulls**t.”
Radar Online reported Wednesday that Ozzy is “bedridden in agonizing pain and losing his marbles.” It quoted a source as saying: “Ozzy just lies in bed all day, moaning in pain 24/7. He doesn’t know his family half the time and once mistook Sharon for a total stranger, asking her, ‘Who are you?”
Ozzy, 71, has battled a long list of health issues in recent months. The rocker had surgery on his right hand after he developed a staph infection and was then hospitalized due to complications from a flu. Only a month later, a late night fall at home caused injuries that required surgery on his neck and spine.
Last month, the Black Sabbath frontman released "Under The Graveyard,” his first solo track in almost a decade. It's the lead single from his new album Ordinary Man, which is due out early this year. Osbourne described the album as “a gift from my higher power” and “proof that you should never give up.”
Osbourne is scheduled to perform June 16 in Montreal, June 18 in Hamilton, July 7 in Edmonton and July 9 in Vancouver. “We’re just keeping our fingers crossed," he said.
