British rock star Pete Doherty was hospitalized after a confrontation with a hedgehog.
The Libertines frontman tweeted Tuesday about getting a “tiny cut” last week from one of the critter’s spikes. “Cue three days in a van with a carefree attitude to potentially infected forefingers,” he added.
The 40-year-old singer explained he was trying to rescue the hedgehog after it was captured by his dogs Zeus and Narco.
Doherty has not provided any updates on his health and is due to kick off a tour on Friday.
