Love was literally in the air during Adele's concert in Nashville on Monday night.
After her closing performance of "Rolling in the Deep," the singer's longtime boyfriend, Simon Konecki, surprised her on their fifth anniversary by dropping pink confetti emblazoned with handwritten love notes.
