Adele's boyfriend celebrated their fifth year anniversary by replacing Adele's regular white confetti to love notes he wrote

The confetti -- written with sweet phrases like, "Happy Anniversary," "You Are An Angel," "Love You Long Time," and "I Love You" -- are usually white and feature famous lyrics from her repertoire of hit songs.
