Post Malone addressed growing speculation about his health during a break in his concert on Friday night in Memphis.

“I’m not on drugs and I feel the best I’ve ever f**king felt in my life,” the rap star told the crowd. “And that’s why I can bust my ass for these shows and f**king fall on the floor and do all that fun s**t.

Fans had been sharing clips on social media in which Malone appears to be under the influence of something during concerts. One wrote: “He’s clearly suffering with some sort of addiction, breaks my heart” and another opined: “HE IS NOT OKAY. HE NEEDS HELP!”

Some concerned fans appealed to Malone’s tour photographer Adam DeGross via comments on Instagram to help the rapper. DeGross assured them “No one does drugs, no one is going nuts, everything is all good.”

On Friday, Malone said fans don’t need to worry about him.

“I appreciate the love and the support but I feel f**king fantastic and I’m not doing drugs,” he said.
