A preliminary hearing has been set for July in the sex assault case against Hedley’s Jacob Hoggard.
The hearing is scheduled for July 11 and 12 – a year after the singer was arrested by Toronto Police and charged with one count of sexual interference and two counts of sexual assault causing bodily harm.
There are two alleged victims, including a girl who was under the age of 16.

The preliminary hearing, which will take place in a Toronto courtroom, will determine if there is sufficient evidence to proceed to trial.
Hoggard has previously denied allegations that he had non-consensual sex.
Hedley announced in February that it was taking an indefinite hiatus after finishing its Cageless tour.
