Prince’s former Toronto house is on the market for a whopping $16.88 million.
According to the listing, the 14,280-square-foot bungalow at 61 The Bridle Path sits on two acres and boasts six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
It’s located just one kilometre from the mansions of homegrown rap superstar Drake and Canadian music legend Gordon Lightfoot – and around the corner from Regina’s house in Mean Girls.
Prince and his Canadian wife Manuela Testolini purchased the 14,280-square-foot mansion in 2001 for $5.5 million. They split up in 2005 and were divorced a year later. The house sold in 2011 for $8.3 million.
The current owners don’t live in the house, which has purple shag carpeting, a hair salon and a backyard tennis court. Prince’s famous “Love Symbol” is etched in the glass doors of the dining room.
